Price List Informative
Please be advised that our pricing structure consists of two categories: Base Price and Complexity Price.
In the event that any of the following complexities are applicable, the Complexity Price will supersede the Base Price and will be the valid rate for the corresponding service or product.
Applicable Complexities
For the Complexity Price to apply, one or more of the following complexities must be present:
- Speaker System AND/OR
- Smoke Compartments AND/OR
- Mass Notification Systems AND/OR
- Smoke Control Systems AND/OR
- Governmental/military projects
Kindly refer to the Complexity Price in cases where any of the above complexities are involved. For further clarification or detailed information, please feel free to contact us.

- Legends/symbols for each type of device.

- Complete itemized list of required equipment and materials.
- Part numbers, descriptions, and quantities.
- Unit of measure and extended totals.
Note: If Required review meetings to discuss and validate the delivered take-off package (including device placement drawings and BOM) are considered part of the scope and included in this service.
Not included:
- Labor Estimates: No calculation or projection of labor hours or costs.
- Cabling Estimates: No take-off or quantity estimation of cable lengths or pathways.
- Permit Fees: Any costs related to permits, inspections, or jurisdictional approvals.
- Miscellaneous Materials: Junction boxes (JB), liquid-tight conduit, fittings, supports, or any other related installation accessories.
